As per the terms of our company policy, products are not eligible to return in following circumstances- 

• When you have already opened the items, partially used or spoiled. You are strictly recommended to check your package carefully first just at the moment of accepting products from the delivery agent.

• When the product does not have serial number/UPC number/barcode over it as it was present at the time of delivery of product.

• The product is without original packing and accessories/freebies or products have been damaged due out of misuse.

• You should check at first weather the products that you are willing to return comes under the category of returnable items and should have an active return window. 

• Then choose the item that you wish to return along with quantity and also mention reason for returning that concerned item. 

If you face any problem in returning that concerned item, you should contact at customer support number as mentioned at our official website. After your return request has been processed, your item will be picked by us. 

Refund Policy

The amount will be refunded at the time of return of product to the platform. It will be verified and finalized after completion of verification. Once after the pick up and product verification is done, refund of the entire amount for the products is processed in your bank.
